Health

We all know the recommendations… Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 times per week. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day. Drink eight 8-once glasses of water per day. Putting healthy lifestyle recommendations into action can prove difficult especially when living with a disability.

Learn health and fitness skills with sessions designed specifically for your group’s needs. As a certified group fitness instructor, Emily can lead fitness classes as well.

Art

Art can be a form of self expression to build confidence and identity. It can be calming and meditative. It can also be a means to learning fine motor skills, tool use and self control skills.  Develop skills while engaging in art-making.
