FFF group is aimed at teens (with Down syndrome) to engage in healthy behaviors and basic fitness participation. Each session will consist of a fitness activity, healthy snack preparation and a discussion of next months session.

LMNOP is an interactive and engaging program for children age newborn to 36 months old. It guides parents and young children through learning basic sign language and other forms of communication using music and language based activities.

SOfit is a health and wellness program led with a unified approach to help improve and provide health and wellness to people with and without intellectual disabilities. The goal is to help empower people to challenge and change the way they look at diet, daily exercise, and lifestyles choices.

SOfit is a health and wellness program led with a unified approach to help improve and provide health and wellness to people with and without intellectual disabilities. The goal is to help empower people to challenge and change the way they look at diet, daily exercise, and lifestyles choices.

During this class participants will construct a unique wall hanging by incorporating colorful fabrics, found objects, beads, and natural items. All ages are welcome, this is a great multi-generational bonding activity. The Scrap Exchange will have aprons and will provide all the materials!
